Our rates reflect the value we deliver and have been vetted by all of our happy 5 star customers!

1 truck with 1 mover - $109 per hour

1 truck with 2 movers - $159 per hour

1 truck with 3 movers - $219 per hour

2 trucks with 4 movers - $329 per hour

2 trucks with 5 movers - $389 per hour

2 trucks with 6 movers - $449 per hour

There is a minimum three hour charge per job, plus travel time, and a $500 cancellation fee if cancelling within one week of your scheduled move date.

Our minimum $75 insurance and a $35 fuel surcharge is added to each job with additional insurance options available and an increased fuel surcharge added to longer distance moves, all of which will be reflected in your free estimate.

Also… A 10% discount is offered when a 25% deposit is paid in advance!

Supplies

Mattress bags are required for every mattress for sanitary reasons and are $20 each. Additional supplies can be provided by request:

You may be interested in our Box Buy Back Program. It also provides an opportunity for a Free Consultation to help you with your move preparations and planning.

At a convenient date for you, we can drop off more than enough boxes than you will need, charged at the rates listed above plus $99. Then on the move day, we will take back what you don't use and refund that value as a credit towards the cost of the move job.

This will also allow us to review the items to be moved, and advise you regarding your move preparations. Customers find this takes some of the stress out of the planning and packing process. It's a very popular (and we're proud to say, completely unique!) service we provide.

Packing

Let us know if you would like to hire us for packing, which is usually done the day before your move.

Beyond simply packing, we also prep your home for the move so that anything with drawers are pre-shrink wrapped, all shelves are removed and taped together, all boxes are stacked by the front door and are evenly packed in uniform boxes. This helps make the move day go as smoothly as possible!

The cost per hour is the same as moving, plus the cost of supplies. We can pack your whole house or just part of it, for example just the kitchen.
